Greenleaf Real Estate General Conditions

These general conditions apply to all services provided by Greenleaf Real Estate, including but not limited to brokerage, rental services, and property management.

In these conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Greenleaf Real Estate: the service provider
  • Client: any individual or legal entity engaging the services of Greenleaf Real Estate
  • Assignment: the agreement between Greenleaf Real Estate and the client for the provision of services

All offers made by Greenleaf Real Estate are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

An assignment is established once the client has confirmed the agreement in writing or through any accepted form of communication.

The assignment remains in effect for the agreed period and may be terminated in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement or by mutual consent.

Greenleaf Real Estate shall perform its services with due care, professionalism, and in accordance with applicable standards within the real estate sector.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and cooperating as required to enable proper execution of the assignment.

Fees and expenses will be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing. Any additional costs will be communicated prior to execution.

Payments must be made within the agreed term as specified in the invoice or agreement.

The assignment includes only the services explicitly agreed upon. Any additional services will be subject to a separate agreement.

Greenleaf Real Estate shall not be liable for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Greenleaf Real Estate shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All materials, content, and documentation provided by Greenleaf Real Estate remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

All agreements and services are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Curaçao.
